How it Works
The AquaReuse filter is a multi chambered device which enables a single pass from a domestic, commercial or industrial greywater source to trickle through various process tiers, resulting in clean, highly oxygenated "reuse water". It's compact, odour free, easy to install, totally free of chemicals and low in cost.
The AquaReuse Grey Water Treatment System comprises 4 main components:
- A Hydraulic Buffer System - which receives and holds the peak flows from the house and then pumps the grey water to the Filter system over a 24 hour period. Capacity 1,000 Litres.
- The Treatment System - a gravity feed system allowing grey water to pass through precisely positioned living filter beds each housing specific species that remove the organics while re-oxygenating the water naturally.
- The Disinfection System - Disinfects the treated re-use water allowing it to be stored ready for use in irrigation, toilet flushing and above ground gardening uses.
- The Storage System for treated water - holding treated water fit for and ready re-use.
Easily Assembled
With the internal processes showing such great results we needed to ensure that the external AquaReuse (GWTS) also met the structural, statutory and practical aspects in keeping with the surrounding environment. Our independent product designers have manufactured the installation kit which is easily re-assembled on site without the need for additional fixings or fastenings. The kit is light weight, easily handled by two men and transported via a standard utility and can also be palletised.
The filter can be fitted with a range of appealing covers to maintain the landscape surroundings of the yard. Storage tanks can be below ground.
